You’ve got questions,
we’ve got you
-
1. Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes! If you start with Wedding Management or Collaborative Planning and decide you’d like more support along the way, we can absolutely upgrade your package.2. Do you offer custom packages?
I do! If none of the listed packages are quite right, I’m happy to create a custom option tailored to your needs and timeline.3. What’s the difference between collaborative and full planning?
Collaborative planning is ideal if you've already booked some vendors or chosen a venue. Full planning starts from the very beginning, we’ll work together on every step from design to execution.4. What’s the additional cost for an assistant?
Events with more than 150 guests require one trained assistant at an added cost of $400. Additional assistants may be recommended depending on the venue layout, guest count, or overall complexity of the event. -
5. How far in advance should I book?
Most couples book 8–18 months in advance, especially for full planning. But don’t worry if you’re on a shorter timeline, reach out and we’ll see what’s possible!6. How many weddings do you take per month?
To give each couple the attention they deserve, I only take a limited number of weddings per month. This ensures your planning experience stays personal. -
7. How involved will you be in vendor communication?
That depends on your package. For full planning, I’ll handle communication from start to finish. For collaborative or management clients, I step in closer to the event and take over final confirmations and timeline management.8. Will you attend vendor meetings with us?
Yes, with full and collaborative planning packages, I join key vendor meetings (in person or virtually). For management, I will attend a venue walkthrough within 6 weeks of the event. -
9. Do you travel?
Yes! I plan weddings all over Utah and love destination weddings too. Travel fees may apply depending on location. Let’s chat about the details.10. What if my venue has a coordinator?
Venue coordinators are wonderful, but they focus on the venue’s needs. I work for you making sure your timeline, vendors, family, and overall vision are cared for from start to finish.11. Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?
Absolutely. Love is love, and all couples are welcome here. -
11. Do you offer payment plans?
To secure your date, a 25% or 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. This structure helps keep everything streamlined and stress-free as your day approaches.12. What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
All retainers are non-refundable, but if your plans change, I’ll do my best to accommodate rescheduling within the same calendar year. -
13. Can I bring my own DIY projects or décor?
Absolutely, as long as they’re fully prepped and ready to place. All DIY items must arrive fully assembled, my team is not responsible for unpacking, fixing, or finishing any handmade or personal projects onsite.14. What are your policies around setup and cleanup?
I do not bus tables, remove trash, or stay past contracted hours unless previously arranged. I do not transport décor, desserts, alcohol, or personal items. Setup is limited to planner-provided items unless otherwise specified in your contract.15. Will you help move tables and chairs?
For guest counts under 50, I may assist with minor table and chair setup if agreed upon in advance. For all other weddings, furniture setup and teardown must be handled by your venue, rental company, or professional crew.
Still not sure which package is right for you?
Let’s talk.
