An Intentional Summer Wedding at Snowpine Lodge in Alta, Utah | Hailey & Grant

I have so many coordination clients that have SUCH an amazing eye for detail. This Fourth of July wedding took place at one of the most stunning locations in the Wasatch mountains, Snowpine Lodge at Alta Ski Resort. While the day brought rain, it only added to the beauty. As their Month-of Coordinator, managing a shift in weather is exactly why I step in.

After the ceremony, guests headed inside for a cozy dinner surrounded by natural textures, candlelight, and floral designs that pulled in subtle red, white, and blue tones without feeling overdone. The couple leaned into the atmosphere and kept the mood joyful and grounded.

The night ended with a beautiful send-off that wrapped up the night in the most magical way. It was proof that the best weddings are not about perfect weather, but about the people, the energy, and the way you show up for the day.
